Located on the southern side of Royal Davui are our three Island Vales. These Vales have stunning views of the lagoon and reef system below as well as close access to the southern beach.
Six award winning Deluxe Vales dot the Eastern and Southern sides of Royal Davui featuring thatched roofs, air conditioning, tropical décor, soaring ceilings, separate living room & bedroom and private plunge pool. Sitting at irregular angles on the Western and Eastern sides of the island, our six Premium Vales take pole position. Paved paths braid through broad-leafed banana trees, vivid heliconia and ancient trees arriving at your sanctuary. Double hand-carved solid mahogany doors guard the entrance to the most secluded Vale on Royal Davui. Opening of these doors reveals an in-door garden with a path meandering down toward your plunge pool and sleeping pavilion. On the higher level sits your living room with extensive glass and French doors overlooking the point of the Davui Marine Reserve.
Menus at Royal Davui Island Resort are designed daily using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Seafood plays a large part in the Fijian diet with fish being offered on the menu daily. Our menus are designed to complement our tropical Fijian climate. All meals are included in the tariff and our chefs are only too happy to accommodate requests to ensure a memorable dining experience. The unmistakable heart of the resort is our majestic Pacific Banyan tree, which ascends through the middle of the Banyan Restaurant and towers over the island. With so many options to keep you busy and entertained, Royal Davui invites you to do as much or as little as you please. All dive sites are within 30 minutes of the resort with a number being accessible direct from the beach.
